My Lemonade Day: Empowering Kids to Become Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurship made easy and fun! My Lemonade Day, developed by P4L, is an educational program designed for kids to learn the ins and outs of running their own business. Through a series of four modules, kids will be guided step by step on how to open and run a profitable lemonade stand.

In Module 1, "My Goals," kids will learn the importance of goal setting and how entrepreneurship can help them achieve their dreams. They will understand the power of setting clear objectives and the motivation it brings to succeed.

Module 2, "My Plan," takes kids through the necessary decisions they need to make before starting their business. They will learn about market research, pricing strategies, and how to create a solid business plan.

In Module 3, "My Stand," kids will be guided through the process of obtaining investments, building their stand from scratch, and running their business on Lemonade Day. They will gain hands-on experience in managing inventory, interacting with customers, and making sales.

Lastly, in Module 4, "My Results," kids will reflect on their experience and do their accounting to prepare for future endeavors. They will learn the importance of analyzing their results and making improvements for future success.

My Lemonade Day not only teaches kids about entrepreneurship but also helps them develop essential skills such as responsibility, financial literacy, goal setting, and teamwork. It provides a safe and interactive platform for kids to learn and grow as young entrepreneurs.
